This is the next chapter of my life and one I can’t wait to share with everyone.
I’ve just finished the final agreement with suppliers, so I’m finally able to talk about something I’ve been wanting to share for months.
At the start of 2025, I left ZOX, the business I started with my brothers in 2011 when I was just 17.
It was something that had been weighing on me for years. I had been feeling burnt out since the end of 2021 and said I wanted to find a way out by the end of 2022. When 2022 didn’t go as planned, I stayed through 2023 and then through 2024.
Around the middle of last year I knew I needed to make serious changes for myself.
As I wrote about in “How to find ideas organically”, I’ve always been someone who uses social media to learn new things. Over the past year, the main focus of that has been in health and wellness.
But despite everything I’ve learned, I continued to have the same struggles day after day – cravings and food noise.
So, when I saw a video about allulose improving insulin response and helping with blood sugar regulation, I went down a rabbit hole.
Was this something that I could use to help fight my own cravings? Yes and no.
Allulose is a great sweetener and a superfood, but I realized that it’s not something powerful enough to make lasting changes on its own.

This sent me down a rabbit hole and led to several home-kitchen science experiments mixing supplements, including konjac, green tea extract, berberine, and so many more things together to try to find something that would work.
And it worked, but only for a short period of time. And with the caffeine added, it wasn’t something I could drink at night, which is when I felt the most cravings.
As I saw more and more people starting to take prescription weight loss drugs and also see some of the horror stories coming from it, I decided I wanted to find a way to create an easier, healthier way to use naturally occurring ingredients to suppress appetite over time – most importantly, as a sweet treat.
Thanks to my friend Zach, I was able to connect with an amazing partner to help me develop a product that exceeded all of my own expectations.
While I thought Allulose, Konjac, African Mango Extract, and Chromium would be enough, the final ingredient my partner helped me find was the biggest game changer – L-Lysine Butyrate.
Hailed as one of the ultimate gut health supplements, it usually smells too awful to include in anything. Thanks to this amazing new version called BIOMEnd®, I was able to include it, and the results are unlike anything I expected.
I drove to Dallas last week to finalize the formula and flavors and left with plenty of samples to test.
Since then, I’ve been using 2-3 servings per day and the craziest thing for me has been the compounding effects.
I didn’t notice more than a slight sugar craving reduction at first.
After a few days, I noticed my appetite was a lot lower than before.
After 5 days, I was able to eat far less food in a single sitting.
After 7 days, I’ve noticed my hunger throughout the day is mostly gone. I’m choosing my own time to eat instead of eating based on hunger.
My snacking is almost non-existent.
If this works as well for others as it has for me, I think this has the potential to be an absolutely massive company, which is exciting.
Right now, my main focus is just on getting pre-orders up and running. If you’d like to check it out for yourself, you can head over to heyozzi.com to get yours now.
